چکیده
The increasing cost of landfills, and lack natural large aggregates observing interests for using wastes to produce concrete mortar materials. Utilizing plastic waste crushed ceramic not only save the landfills but also reduce aggregates. Secondly, tea is second most consumed beverage at world level resulted huge amount waste. Thus, this article attempts develop appropriate characteristics self-compacting (SCC) by adding waste, ceramics. fresh hardened properties SCC were investigated examine addition plastic, whereas content was kept constant. results revealed that caused SFD, L-Box, segregation, density, obtained maximum values as 765 mm, 0.94, 19, 2382 kg/m3 PP5 RP5, respectively, T500 V-funnel flow gradually increased with 3.44 16 RP25 PP+RP25, respectively. Further, compressive flexural strengths decreased 55 MPa 6.5 PP+RP5 28 days, proved possibility ceramics in SCC.Graphical abstract

Ultra High Performance Self Compacting Concrete
Experiences in the development of Ultra High Performance Concrete found a very high flowability in concrete with low water powder ratio. Because of the high viscosity of the cement paste, compaction was necessary. To improve the compaction characteristics of the concrete the idea of adding coarse aggregate was developed. The first tests showed a good workability of the fresh concrete and a good...
متن کاملUsing Waste Marbles in Self Compacting Lightweight Concrete
Abstract—In this study, the effects of waste marbles as aggregate material on workability and hardened concrete characteristics of self compacting lightweight concrete are investigated. For this purpose, self compacting light weight concrete are produced by waste marble aggregates are replaced with fine aggregate at 5%, 7.5%, and 10% ratios. Fresh concrete properties, slump flow, T50 time, V fu...
متن کاملRheological and Mechanical Properties of Light Weight Self-Compacting Concrete Containing Sirjan Iron Mine Waste
Recycling is a logical option for materials that are not suitable for composting. One of these materials is iron mines waste that, according to their compounds, can be used as a substitute part of cement in concrete. For this aim, rheological and mechanical properties and durability of light weight self-compacting concrete (LWSCC) containing Sirjan iron mine waste (SIMW) as partial substitute o...
